If you plan to request 2022 bonding funds, you can now begin to submit your documents to Minnesota Management and Budget’s (MMB) capital budget system. Instructions for submitting 2022 bonding project requests, as well as training videos on how to use the system, can be found on the capital budget system website. There is also an overview video that covers everything from the timing of the entire process to eligible projects and activities to the nuts and bolts of applications.
