The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) has announced that submissions to place public wastewater, stormwater, and drinking water infrastructure improvement projects on the 2027 Project Priority Lists (PPL) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) are now being accepted. This includes PPL requests for publicly and privately owned drinking water lead service line replacement projects and projects to address emerging contaminants for drinking water systems.
Note these due dates:
- Clean Water Project Priority List Submissions: March 6, 2026
- Drinking Water Project Priority List submissions: March 13, 2026
- Intended Use Plans (IUPs) submissions due to MPFA June 5, 2026. (The IUP request form will be available early May 2026.)
