The application period is open for the 2015 Border-to-Border Broadband Development Grant Program and runs until 4 p.m. Sept. 15. Communities that are not in a position to apply by that time can also file an “expression of interest” by Oct. 1 to indicate that they have a project that is or will soon be planned.

The application is available on the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) website at http://mn.gov/deed/programs-services/broadband/grant-program/index.jsp. An FAQ document and information on the challenge process are also available on the website. If you have any additional questions, you can contact DEED at 651-259-7610 or DEED.broadband@state.mn.us
