Minnesota’s 2021 legislative session has entered the home stretch! The CGMC hosted a free webinar this morning to provide a “half-time report” on where things stand heading into the final weeks of session. The webinar explored:
- The various state budget plans floating around at the Legislature
- The impact the influx of federal funding may have on Greater Minnesota priorities and the state’s bottom line
- An update on CGMC priorities including Local Government Aid, child care, housing, water and wastewater infrastructure, PFAS regulations, and transportation
- Actions city leaders can take to help advocate for Greater Minnesota’s needs
