While many of us are eager to leave 2020 behind, it is important to reflect on the lessons learned over these past 12 months. Throughout the pandemic, we have been so impressed by the dedication and resilience displayed by you, our members. This year brought forward many new challenges and obstacles, yet you faced each one head-on with determination and leadership.
