The New Ulm Bavarian Blast comes to the Brown County Fairgrounds July 16 to 18 for a weekend-long celebration of the area’s German heritage and culture. Now in its 5th year, the celebration will again bring together crowd-pleasing, energetic bands from Europe as well as New Ulm’s own “Ambassadors of Good Will,” the Concord Singers. The variety of entertainers will ensure a refreshing blend of entertainment for all, including past favorites “New Odyssey.”

Enjoy the festival under huge tents with comfortable seating on bleachers and tables and benches. Whet your appetite with a variety of delicious foods and then quench your thirst in the beer gardens with one of New Ulm’s local brews—August Schell beers, Morgan Creek wines, or 1919 Root Beer. In addition to music and food under the festival tents, visitors will enjoy an arts and crafts festival, Kinderblast for the kids, a 10K or 2-mile fun run, souvenir and recorded music sales, and the famous Grande Parade held on Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
