Does your business or organization works with local governments? The Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities is offering you a chance to promote your services and network with city leaders and officials by sponsoring a booth at the CGMC Summer Conference.
This year’s summer conference will be in Duluth, Minn. on July 22-24. It will be held at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, located on the shore of Lake Superior. More than 100 mayors, city council members, city staff members and other community leaders are expected to attend.
Exhibitors will have ample opportunity to interact with attendees so that they can learn about the services or products you provide. Based on feedback we received following last year’s summer conference in Rochester, the CGMC has made some changes this year that will improve each exhibitor’s experience:
- As opposed to two different timing options as we have done in the past, this year all sponsors will exhibiting on the same day – Thursday, July 23
- The conference agenda includes designated time allotted for attendees to meet with exhibitors.
- The dedicated exhibitor space next to the presentation rooms will offer ample space for displays and conversations with conference attendees.
- Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to socialize with city officials during meals and special events, including the Legislative Awards Dinner on Thursday evening.
