Does your business or non-profit that works with local governments? The Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities is offering you a chance to promote your services and network with city leaders and officials by sponsoring a booth at the CGMC Summer Conference.
This year’s summer conference will be in Rochester, Minn. on Aug. 20-22. It will be held at the Kahler Grand Hotel, which features Rochester’s largest meeting facilities. The conference is focused on issues that are important to Greater Minnesota communities, including economic development, cultural diversity and the upcoming election. More than 100 mayors, city council members, administrators, and other city staff are expected to attend.
Sponsors will have ample opportunity to interact with attendees so that they can learn about the services or products you provide:
- The dedicated exhibitor space next to the presentation rooms will offer ample space for displays and conversations with conference attendees.
- Booths will receive additional visitors because the exhibitor space is located within the Rochester subway system, which is open to the public and well-traveled by people who work at the Mayo Clinic and other downtown Rochester locations.
- The conference agenda includes specific times for attendees to meet with vendors.
- Sponsorship includes the opportunity to socialize with city officials during meals and special events.
There are two sponsorship options available: the one-day Silver Sponsorship ($750) or the two-day Gold Sponsorship ($1,250).
