If you’ve been working in rural parts of Minnesota, you might be familiar with Compeer Financial, a member-owned Farm Credit cooperative that serves farm communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois.
When the company kicked off its first Rooted and Rising conference last week, the event was intended to bring members from those areas throughout the Midwest together to learn about how folks in rural communities are leading, innovating, and building for the future while also tackling the challenges rural communities face. Alongside this conference, Compeer Financial has also been hosting webinars on Rural Vitality and continues to make financial investments in rural communities.
