If your city has a project on the Project Priority List (PPL) for Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) or the Clean Water Revolving Fund (CWRF), you should have received a survey via email last week from the Public Facilities Authority (PFA). This survey helps the PFA identify the water infrastructure affordability needs for the state and plays an important role in making the case for water funding at the Legislature—so if you have received the survey, please fill it out!
