The Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities is grateful for the support of businesses and organizations that provide services to Greater Minnesota communities. Opportunities for vendor and sponsor participation are currently limited to the annual CGMC Summer Conference. 

Exhibit Hall & Sponsorship at the CGMC Summer Conference

The annual CGMC Summer Conference is a three-day event that takes place in late July. More than 100 city officials, staff, and policymakers from throughout Greater Minnesota gather for educational sessions, networking, and social events.

Each Summer Conference features an exhibit hall, where vendors have the opportunity to connect with decisionmakers from communities across the state. Exhibitors are also invited to join conference attendees for sessions, meals, and other activities throughout the conference. Additional opportunities for sponsorship may be offered.

The 2025 CGMC Summer Conference will take place from July 23 to 25 in Bemidji. More information will be sent out to exhibitors and posted on our website in early 2025, and exhibitor and sponsor registration will open in early spring.
